Kael Item Build - DotA Kael Invoker Item Build, Guide and Strategy. The essence of a storm. The heart of a blizzard. The soul of a phoenix. After his people were broken and scattered in the corners of the earth, Kael was left with only the remnants of his once great world. Thirsting for revenge, he sold his soul to Ner’zhul, and in exchange acquired near limitless power. Taking on the mantle of the Blood Mages of old, the Invoker got into a war with nothing but the elements at his command. He can fuse the elements into deadly incantations, tearing the very heavens in his fury. His genius knows no bounds, and the Sentinel will come to know the rage of the Invoker.

Quase (Q)
Rain gives 1 HP per level per instance. In leveling this skill Invoker gets +2 Strength.
Level 1 – Gives 1 HP of rain per second per instance.
Level 2 – Gives 2 HP per second per rain event
Level 3 – Gives 3 HP per second per rain event
Level 4 – Gives 4 HP per second per rain event
• quase extends to lvl 7, where it will rain 7 HP per second in each case to give.
• Kael may have only 3 of all cases.

Cooldown: 0

Wex (W)
Gives 2% AS and 1% MS per level per instance. In leveling this skill Invoker gets +2 Agility.
Level 1 – Gives 2% and 1% MS per instance.
Level 2 – Gives 2% and 4% MS per instance.
Level 3 – indicates 6% AS and 3% MS per instance.
Level 4 – Gives 8% and 4% MS per instance.
• Wex extends to lvl to 7 where 14% and 7% per MS example to give.
• Kael may have only 3 of all cases.

Cooldown: 0

Exort (E)
Gives 3 damage per level per instance. In leveling this skill Invoker gets +2 Intelligence.
Level 1 – Gives 3 damage per case.
Level 2 – 6 shows damage per case.
Level 3 – 9 shows damage per case.
Level 4 – Returns 12 damage per case.
• Exort extends to lvl 7, where they will give 21 damage per event.
• Kael may have only 3 of all cases.

Cooldown: 0

Invoke (R)
Combines the properties of the elements currently being manipulated, creating a new period in order invoker. The invoked spell is determined by the combination of quase, Wex and Exort.
Level 1 – Could have invoked a spell.
Level 2 – 2 can be invoked spells.
Level 3 – Could have invoked two spells.
Level 4 – Could have invoked two spells.
Mana Cost: 20/40/60/80 (0 with scepter)
Cooldown: 22/17/12/5 (16/8/4/2 with scepter)
• The command-invokelist gives you a list of spells that can be invoked.
• The design of the case does not matter.
• Can be improved by Aghanim’s Scepter (* indicates improved values).

Spell Combinations:

Cold Snap (Y)

Key Combo: QQQ + R
Description: Invoker draws the heat from an enemy, chilling them to the core for up to 6 seconds based on quase. Any damage in this state will briefly stun them for 0.4 seconds and 30 to damage. Triggers cooldown goes from 0.8 to 0.6 seconds quase based.
Cooldown: 20 sec.
Mana Cost: 100

Ghost Walk (V)

Key combination: QQW + R
Description: Invoker manipulates the ice and the electrical energy around him, causing his body invisible. The elemental imbalance created as a consequence slows nearby enemies to 40% based on quase and Invoker from 30 to 0% based on Wex.
• The slow effect works on magic immune units.
Cooldown: 60 sec.
Mana Cost: 300

Tornado (X)

Key combination: QWW + R
Description: Unleashes a fast moving tornado that picks up enemy units in the road, aprons helplessly in the air shortly before so they fall to their doom. Deals 375 damage based on Wex and quase, with the distance to 3100 based on Wex. Keep enemies in the air for up to 2.2 seconds based on quase.
Cooldown: 25 sec.
Mana Cost: 150

EMP (C)

Key Combo: WWW + R
Description: Invoker builds up a charge of electromagnetic energy at a targeted location which automatically explode after 2-4 seconds based on Wex. The detonation covers a 700 area draining to 400 mana based on Wex. Deals 0.5 damage for each point of mana drained.
• Impact on magic immune units.
Cooldown: 25 sec.
Mana Cost: 125

Enthusiasm (Z)

Key Combo: WWE + R
Description: Invoker inspires an ally with a massive wave of energy, increasing their attack speed to a maximum of 90% based on Wex and damages based on Exort to 80 for 8 seconds. Cooldown: 15 sec.
Mana Cost: 50

Chaos Meteor (D)

Key combination: WEE + R
Description: Invoker pulls a flaming meteor from space at the proposed location. On landing, the meteor rolls forward to create up to 260 damage per sec based on Exort for up to 1550 range based on Wex. Deals minor residual damage to units that get hit.
Cooldown: 55 sec.
Mana Cost: 200

Sun Strike (T)

Key Combo: EEE + R
Description: Sends a catastrophic ray of fierce energy from the sun at any targeted location after a 1.7 seconds delay, incinerating all enemies standing beneath it. Deals 100-475 damage based Exort which is spread over all enemy units within its 175 AoE. Units slain by Sun Trike experience will give Invoker.
Cooldown: 30 sec.
Mana Cost: 175

Forge Spirit (F)

Key combination: Qee + R
Description: Invoker forges a spirit on the power of fire and fortitude of ice. Armor, damage, and life is based on Exort while mana, duration, and attack range is based on quase. The elementals scorching attack is capable of melting the armor on enemy heroes by 1 each hit with a maximum of 10 for 5 seconds. By maxing quase and Exort, Invoker is capable of two minds instead of one.
• If both quase Exort and are level 4 or above, 2 are called ghosts.
Cooldown: 30 sec.
Mana Cost: 75

Ice Wall (G)

Key combination: QQE + R
Description: Generates a wall of solid ice directly in front of Invoker for up to 12 seconds. The bitter cold arising from the very slow nearby enemies based on quase and deals damage per second to 42 based on Exort.
Cooldown: 20 sec.
Mana Cost: 175

Deafening Blast (B)

Key Combo: QWE + R
Description: Invoker unleashes a mighty sonic wave in front of him, dealing 280 damage to an enemy unit it collides with based Exrot. The enormous impact of the blast is enough to strike back by enemy units for a maximum of 1.75 seconds based on quase, in addition to preventing attacks for a further 1-4 seconds based on Wex.
Cooldown: 40 sec.
Mana Cost: 200
